This blog is where I think out loud – a place for reflective essays on the messiness of organisational life, the craft of decision-making, the ethics of leadership, and the patterns of human behaviour. It’s where systems thinking meets lived experience, and where the personal and professional collide in unexpected ways.

You’ll find pieces that explore resilience, inclusion, complexity, and the space between – sometimes through the lens of work and small-p politics, sometimes through literature, sometimes through everyday encounters. I’m interested in how we navigate uncertainty, how power is shared (or not), and how small shifts in tempo or perspective can change the whole system.

The site began as an archive for older writing on business and growth, but it has evolved into something more deliberate: an ongoing practice of noticing, connecting, and making sense. These posts aren’t polished conclusions; they’re working notes from my own attempts to understand how we live and work together – and what might make both better.
